Lydia and Mike were married on a quiet snow-covered yard along Conneaut Lake. The day was as bright as it was cold — it was equally joyous as it was cheerful. Instead of seats, guests stood close together, huddled around the arbor, packing tight as penguins while all eyes looked inwards at the bride and groom. In front of the ceremony, was a frozen channel that leads out to the sleepy lake; summer memories laying in hibernation.
Lydia and Mike are sweet to each other. The type that write love notes and tuck it somewhere to be found as a surprise. She loves to laugh, he loves her smile. They danced the night away at the Meadville Country club, after the sun came down a rich burning red. For them, surrounded by family and friends, it was a beautiful beginning to a fresh new year.
